Description

The MOSFET uses an Nchannel IRF3205 MOSFET, dedicated halfbridge driver chips, and bootstrap capacitors for the side switch, ensuring sufficient driving voltage for the side switch, which enables fast opening of the MOSFET channel and increases the acceleration curve of the motor. 2. The performance of this driver cannot be matched by motor driver chips like the L298. This driver focuses on current and efficiency, effectively utilizing motor power and battery life. It can withstand current overloads, with a maximum current of 30A. 3. This driver also features a braking function that can quickly decelerate the motor, providing fast and noticeable braking, and the function is easy to operate. This driver consists of full halfbridge driver chips an Nchannel MOSFET with extremely low onresistance.
