Liquid level sensor

This non-contact intelligent liquid level detector utilizes advanced signal processing technology and a high-speed signal processing chip to overcome the limitations of container wall thickness, achieving true non-contact measurement of liquid level height within sealed containers. The liquid level sensor is installed at the top and bottom of the container wall. For non-metallic containers, no drilling is required, making installation simple and compatible with production processes. It can be used for liquid level measurement of various toxic, strong acid, and strong alkali media in sealed containers or high-pressure tanks. This product has a wide range of applications and no special requirements for liquid media and container materials. 1. It is compatible with XKC Y26 PNP non-metallic pipe walls and does not need to contact the liquid, thus avoiding corrosion from strong acids, strong alkalis, and other corrosive liquids. It is unaffected by embedded materials or other impurities. 2. It features intelligent liquid level adjustment and liquid level memory functions. The liquid level display method is compatible with multi-point serial connection, enabling non-contact detection of liquid levels in sealed containers. The liquid level sensor is installed on the upper and lower sides of the container, indicating the liquid level. For non-metallic containers, no drilling is required. It can detect the liquid level of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkalis, and various liquids in high-pressure sealed containers. The liquid level sensor has no special requirements for liquid type and container material, allowing for wide application. Installation is simple and does not affect production. The output signal is a PNP signal.
