Built-in PWM signal generator for speed adjustment. Fan speed adjustment range: 0-100%. Turn the knob clockwise to increase speed, counterclockwise to reduce speed. Designed primarily for use with charging or rechargeable batteries with a common output of 5V/2A. Higher specifications are uncommon. The 12V/0.7A fan output approaches the full power capacity of 5V/2A, while the compact PWM governor has limited cooling capacity. Recommended output current: below 0.7A for short-term use and below 0.5A for long-term use. This refers to the current at maximum speed; fan current varies proportionally with speed.
