Measure out the proper proportions of heated water (at least 80F/30C) and Cerium Oxide into a container and mix thoroughly.6. Cerium Oxide is a high grade optical polishing compound used to lessen and polish scratches from mirror bevels, table top edges, glass in vehicles or structures.7.
