Shop name: Chong Qing Shuo Yue Ke Ji You Xian Gong Si How To Replace a Band Saw Tire? 1. Unplug the band saw, loosen the saw blade tension, and remove the blade. Then remove the band saw wheel. 2. Once removed, completely remove or cut the tire and any residue left behind. 3. Place the new tire onto the wheel rim, then use a short rod or pipe between the tire and wheel. Roll the pipe around the rim to equalize the tire's elasticity. 4. Squeeze a small amount of glue onto a brush and apply it to the tire and wheel surface. Repeat all the way around the rim.
