Increase the power supply anti-reverse connection function; incorrect power polarity will not damage the module. Fault-tolerant design ensures the relay remains inactive if the control line is disconnected. The module uses high-quality relays. Normally open (NO) contact rating: AC 250V/10A, DC 30V/10A. It features a compact bidirectional optocoupler for strong noise immunity and stable performance; trigger current is only 5mA. Operating voltage options: 5V, 12V, or 24V. Available configurations: 4-channel, 8-channel, 12-channel, and 16-channel modules. User-friendly terminal interface design allows direct wire connections. Four 3mm mounting holes for secure installation. Terminal definitions: - DC+: Positive terminal of external DC power supply - DC−: Negative terminal of external DC power supply - GND: Ground/common terminal of optocoupler Relay output terminals: - NO1–NO16: Normally open contacts — open when relay is de-energized, closed when energized - COM1–COM16: Common terminals - NC1–NC16: Normally closed contacts — closed when relay is de-energized, open when energized LED indicators: - Power indicator (red) - Relay status indicators (blue, 16 channels) Control interface: 19-pin terminal block for easy wiring. - For high-level control: connect signal to ground (negative) of controller power supply. - For low-level control: connect signal to positive of controller power supply. - X1–X16: relay control inputs.
