Features a special limiting design that allows 19 cm of window opening for ventilation while maintaining security. The window can be fully opened by removing the cable from one end using the included wrench. When installed, the cable limits the window opening distance. Use the wrench to detach the cable temporarily for full access. New design with smooth lines and flexible bending capability; cable extends up to 18.5 cm.
