Remove any burrs or debris from around each drill hole. Step 3. Remove wingnut and insert cup embly into the hole until the rubber washer contacts the outside of the container. Step 4. Hold the cup in place ensure the correct position while ing the wingnut onto the thread inside the bucket and tighten by hand. Step 5.
