Working Principle: This laser auto focus sensor precisely adjusts focal length by monitoring the real-time movement of the Z-axis, ensuring consistent focus during engraving and cutting. It improves accuracy, reduces manual adjustment time, and helps achieve cleaner edges and more detailed patterns. Optimized Size: Overall length is 103 mm, with a standard 25 mm hole diameter designed to fit common CO2 laser engraving heads. The included extension cable is ≥1.25 m, providing ample length for flexible routing in most machine cabinets, improving installation convenience and ensuring stable signal transmission. Connection Method: Connect the auto focus sensor extension cable to the Z-axis control board to enable automatic focus control. The focusing sensor must be used with an automatic up-and-down lifting table and a laser head, allowing the machine to automatically adjust height for different material thicknesses. Wide Application: Equipped with a 25 mm diameter ring connector, this sensor is compatible with most mainstream CO2 laser engraving heads. It is suitable for various CO2 laser engraving and cutting machines used on wood, acrylic, leather, rubber, and other materials. Package Includes: 1 x laser auto focus sensor.
