Description Solid state relays are semiconductor devices and generally generate a lot of heat during operation. When the load current is higher than 10A, a radiator must be used, and thermally conductive silicone grease must be applied between the bottom plate of the solid state relay and the radiator (above 60A) (Forced cooling by fan).
