It features high operating voltage (up to 46V), large output current (up to 3A peak), continuous current of 2A, and rated power of 25W. The chip comes in a 15-pin package. Two built-in H-bridge drivers enable control of DC motors, stepper motors, relay coils, and similar loads. The chip supports connection to an external sensing resistor to provide feedback to the control circuit. Compatible with standard logic level signals and includes two enable control terminals. Allows internal logic circuits to operate at low voltage independently from input signals.
