It"s also nonstick, so you can use it on a pan to make perfect shaped pancakes. The egg moulds can be used between -40-+220.Once it gets dirty after you cook your food, the pancake maker can be washed by hand with little soap and water. Or you can just put it in the dishwasher for easier and quicker way. It will come as good as new without any damages.
