It is a relay-based temperature controller; an external power supply is required for the load. [High Current 30A Relay]: Rated for 220V AC, 30A. Suitable for high-power equipment such as refrigerators, brooders, incubators, fermenters, and greenhouses. Connect the power supply and heating/cooling device, place the sensor, and set the desired temperature — it operates reliably. [Heating/Cooling Function]: Heating Mode ('H'): When the measured temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature minus hysteresis, the relay activates to power the heating device. When the measured temperature rises to or above the set temperature, the relay deactivates and heating stops. Cooling Mode ('C') operates on the same principle. [Delay Start & Temperature Correction Function]: Delay Start ('OPH'): After a heating or cooling cycle completes, the system begins a timer ('T'). Once 'T' reaches or exceeds the 'OPH' value, the next heating or cooling cycle may begin. Temperature Correction ('OFE', range: -10.0°C to +10.0°C): Compensates for long-term measurement drift. Actual temperature = measured temperature + correction value. [High Temperature Alarm Function]: If the actual temperature reaches or exceeds the alarm threshold, the system triggers audible and visual alarms and cuts off the relay output. Press any button to silence the alarm. Usage Steps: 1. Connect the sensor to the controller. 2. Connect the controller to its power supply. 3. Set the target temperature, hysteresis, and temperature correction value. 4. Disconnect the controller’s power supply. 5. Connect the load (heating/cooling device) to the relay output terminals, ensuring proper power wiring. 6. Reconnect the controller’s power supply. 7. Test operation.
