USR-TCP232-T2 is a compact serial Ethernet module that enables bidirectional transparent data transmission between TTL and RJ45 ports. It can also be used with RS232/RS485 through a level shift circuit. Based on the Cortex-M0 core, this module features low power consumption, fast processing speed, and high efficiency. Supports DHCP for automatic IP address acquisition and IP address querying via serial setting protocol. Includes DNS functionality. Parameters can be configured via web interface or serial AT commands. Firmware can be upgraded over the network. Features Auto-MDI/MDIX with an RJ45 port supporting 10/100 Mbps. Serial port baud rate ranges from 600 bps to 460.8 Kbps, with support for None, Odd, Even, Mark, and Space check bits. Operates in multiple modes: TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Client, UDP Server, and HTTPD Client. Supports virtual serial port functionality with accompanying software USR-VCOM. Equipped with a heartbeat package mechanism to ensure reliable connections and prevent dead links. Includes user-defined registration package mechanism for connection status verification and custom packet headers. In TCP Server mode, supports 1 to 16 client connections; default is 4 clients. Features a globally unique MAC address purchased from IEEE, with option for user-defined MAC address. Allows restoration to factory default settings. Compatible across gateways, switches, and routers. Operates within LAN environments and over the Internet (external network).
