After switching the speed state, the selected state remains active until changed by the user and persists after restarting the scooter. After installation, each speed state switch is executed through the designated input sequence. Scooter speed state options: 1. Low speed mode – maximum speed of 20 km/h (default factory setting). 2. High speed mode – maximum speed of 38 km/h. Methods to switch speed states: Method 1: With the device powered on, press the brake pedal N times, followed by pressing the accelerator pedal N times to change the speed state. The default N value is 3. Users can adjust N between 3 and 15 via the Wi-Fi settings page. Method 2: Connect a mobile device to the speed controller's Wi-Fi network and use the web interface to switch speed states. Speed state switching procedure: 1. Press the brake pedal N times, then press the accelerator pedal N times. The instrument panel beeps once to confirm the state change. 2. When high speed mode is activated, the display shows "38". In low speed mode, it shows "20". 3. Upon successful switch, the instrument panel emits one beep. Wi-Fi details: 1. Wi-Fi network name: SpeedRe + last four digits of the serial number. 2. Default Wi-Fi password: 99999999. 3. Wi-Fi password reset: The password reverts to 99999999 each time the scooter, controller, or controller serial number is changed and the scooter is restarted. Normal scooter operation: 1. Users can view scooter data such as serial number and battery level using compatible applications. 2. Firmware updates or system flashing via official apps are not supported for the Scooter Pro speed controller and may fail. 3. Users can configure scooter settings via compatible apps, including lock/unlock functions, regenerative braking, tail light mode, and unit display (metric/imperial). 4. The instrument panel displays real-time information including speed, gear position, battery level, headlight status, unit preference, and Bluetooth connection status. 5. Standard operations such as powering the scooter on/off, toggling lights, and changing gear indicators function normally.
