Switching takes 2 seconds by locking/unlocking the ring at the bottom. In rotational mode the pole spins 360 degrees. Easy to Install/Remove - Includes installation tool set. This is a new pole for home use that is easy to install. A step-by-step installation guide is included, and all tools needed are in the package.
